Travel: Upon arrival to Auckland International Airport you and your party will transfer to the domestic terminal where you board your flight to beautiful Queenstown in the South Island of New Zealand. On arrival you will be greeted by your Guides.

Any internal flights within New Zealand are at the clients expense. All other internal transport is included in your package.
Visas: For residents of the United States it is not necessary to have a visa to visit New Zealand, however it is required for residents of some other countries, check with your Travel Agent upon booking your fights, or contact us and we will inform you of your situation.
Insurance: Clients should ensure they have current medical and travel insurance. New Zealand does have a comprehensive public accident and rehabilitation cover which applies equally to residents and visitors to New Zealand.
Clothing: Remember that New Zealand's weather seasons are the opposite to those in the Northern Hemisphere.

Clothing should be appropriate for cool to cold conditions which may include rain and even snow. Top quality New Zealand outdoor clothing, which is very popular amongst New Zealand hunters and fishermen can be purchased upon arrival. Boots must have good tread and be waterproof.
Firearms & Fishing Equipment: There is no difficulty bringing conventional sporting firearms into New Zealand. A Firearms Licence and Import Permit are available at the port of entry into New Zealand from the airport police. However Rivers & Ranges have a full range of sporting firearms and fishing equipment for all your New Zealand requirements.
Deposits: A US$2,500 deposit confirms your safari, the balance is due at the completion of your tour and should be paid by cash, traveller's cheques or bank cheques.
Cancellations: If you cancel your New Zealand safari with Rivers & Ranges six months or more in advance and a client is booked to replace you on the dates held for you originally, you may be entitled to a refund of your deposit. Apart from this no refund of deposits will be made
